never miss an update: Add Legion M to your Safe Sender List

If you find that Legion M's emails are going to your junk or spam folders, please follow these steps (courtesy of MailChimp) to add our email addresses to your Safe Senders List. 

ADDING LEGION M AS A SAFE SENDER

Most email clients provide a safe sender or whitelist option for trusted contacts in the address book. To ensure you get all Legion M related notices, please add the following “From” email addresses to this list to help your messages bypass spam filters and successfully reach your inbox.

Help with Common Email Clients

To add Legion M as a trusted contact in some of the most popular email clients, follow the steps outlined below.

Apple Mail (desktop)

If Apple Mail delivers a legitimate message to junk, try the following options:

  • Teach Apple Mail's filter to allow future Legion M messages. To do this, OPEN the junk folder and find the message, then MOVE the message into the INBOX.

  • Add Legion M’s email to your address book. OPEN the message, RIGHT-CLICK the sender’s email address, and choose “Add to Contacts.”

Mail (Apple iOS mobile devices)

If Mail delivers a legitimate message to junk, try the following options:

  • Teach Mail's filter to allow future Legion M messages. To do this, OPEN the junk folder and find the message, then MOVE the message into the inbox.

  • Add Legion M’s email to your address book. OPEN the message, and TAP the sender’s email address. Next, TAP “Create New Contact” to add the email address to your contacts list.

AOL Webmail

If AOL Webmail delivers a legitimate message to spam, try the following options:

  • Mark the Legion M email as “Not Spam.” To do this, OPEN the spam folder and CLICK the message from Legion M. Next, CLICK the “Not Spam” button.

  • Add Legion M’s email to your address book. To do this, CLICK on “Contacts” in the navigation panel, then CLICK the “New Contact” icon. Next, INPUT Legion M’s email address and CLICK the “Add Contact” button.

Gmail (desktop and mobile)

If Gmail delivers a legitimate message to spam, try the following options:

  • Mark a received campaign as “Not Spam.” To do this, OPEN the spam folder and CLICK or TAP the message, then CLICK “Not Spam.”

  • Add Legion M’s email to your Contacts. To do this, OPEN your Contacts app, then CLICK or TAP “New Contact” and INPUT Legion M’s email address. Alternatively, if you have received an email from us, you can CLICK or TAP on the 3 dots located on the upper right side of the email, then CLICK or TAP on “Add Legion M to Contacts List.”

Outlook

If if Outlook delivers a legitimate message to junk, try the following:

  • Mark Legion M’s email as “Not Junk.” To do this, OPEN the junk folder and CLICK the message, then CLICK “Not Junk.”

  • Add Legion M’s email to your address book. To do this, OPEN the message, RIGHT-CLICK Legion M’s name, and then CLICK “Add to Contacts.” Authentication information may display in Outlook's sender name area, so make sure that you only add the Legion M email address.

Outlook (desktop)

If Outlook delivers a legitimate message to junk, try the following:

  • Mark a received campaign as Not Junk. Open the junk folder and right-click the message. Click Not Junk.

  • Add Legion M’s email to your Safe Recipient list. CLICK the gear icon in the upper right of the screen then CLICK “View all Outlook settings” at the bottom of the screen. Next, CLICK “Junk email” and then CLICK +Add under “Safe Senders and Domains.” From there, INPUT Legion M’s email address and PRESS the Enter Key, then CLICK “Save” at the bottom of the screen.

Yahoo Mail

If Yahoo Mail delivers a legitimate message to spam, try the following:

  • Mark Legion M’s email as “Not Spam.” To do this, OPEN your spam folder, CLICK the message, then CLICK “Not Spam.”

  • Add Legion M’s email to your Contacts. To do this, OPEN the message and HOVER over the sender’s name. Next, CLICK “Add to contacts” and then CLICK “Save” at the bottom of the box that pops up.

vCards

Finally, if you are using an email program that supports vCards, you can also try adding us to your address book. (clicking the link will start the file download)
