The goal of the “Film Scout Selects” initiative is to find and showcase hidden gems. We want to shine a light on movies and TV shows that deserve to be seen, and help them rise above the noise. In exchange, Legion M earns a small financial stake in the project, along with other strategic perks or benefits. This is a way for Legion M to earn revenue (and foster relationships with artists, distributors, and other partners) by promoting films we believe deserve to be seen. Everybody wins!
The selections are made by our community — typically by ELITE SCOUTS that have proven themselves as successful arbiters of good taste. Like Legion M, we expect the selections to be extremely diverse in genre and tone. The common thread these projects share is that they come recommended. You may not like all of them (this is art after all, we’re not supposed to agree!), but we hope the first official pick for our “Film Scout Selection” badge will lead people to discover some of the beauty that exists off the beaten path.
