Legions of Fans Rush to Reserve Their Rightful Place in the First Fan Owned Entertainment Studio

After Only Four Weeks, Legion M Reservations Cross $1 Million Threshold

Silicon Valley, CA- April 18, 2016 - Passionate fans and creators are flocking to Legion M to reserve shares in the innovative new entrant to the Hollywood system. Since its official launch at the first ever Silicon Valley Comic Con on March 18, 2016, Legion M has received over $1 million in reservations for stock in the company from well over one thousand fans.

“The fans are speaking, loudly, and with their dollars. More than one thousand fans have already rallied around Legion M, declaring their enthusiasm for what we are doing, and excited to own their piece of the future of entertainment,” said Paul Scanlan, CEO and co-founder of Legion M. “We are motivated and fueled by the shared passion and fervent enthusiasm we are seeing from fans and creators alike. We have definitely tapped into something special.”

Over the next few years, Legion M intends to mobilize upwards of one million fans who will not only provide the financial muscle to make the studio a major player in Hollywood, but will form a massive, built-in fan base active and ready to help make Legion M projects successful.

“With creative partners like Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, Meltdown Entertainment, Animal Repair Shop / 42 Entertainment, and others coming soon (hint, hint), Legion M is seeing some of the most innovative, funny and cool projects yet to be produced,” said Jeff Annison, President and co-founder of Legion M. “Legion M gives creators the ability to engage with thousands of fans before a project is even greenlit. Then we can bring the power of the Legion to make those projects successful.”

Roxanne Deblawue learned about Legion M at Silicon Valley Comic Con, and signed up on the spot. “I am beyond excited about how Legion M is changing the way fans all over the world can engage with Hollywood,” she said. “I can’t thank the Legion M team enough for what they’re doing, and I’m thrilled to be a part of the revolution.”

Scanlan added, “We have been blown away by the early response by fans who want to invest in Legion M. At our launch in March, we were expecting a few hundred people to register intent before we announced our first project, but this has been nothing short of a stampede. We have already exceeded the first million in indications of interest well ahead of schedule.”

Annison concluded, “Legion M’s goal from day one has been to empower the creators while engaging fans to be a part of the content they love, and judging by the reception we’ve received thus far it appears that we’re well on our way. The fans and creators see this as a win-win opportunity, and we can’t wait to announce our first project later this summer.”
