Legion M is taking on Fantastic Fest, and we want to see you there!

Our own San Francisco Bay-area Jeff Annison and Los Angeles native Terri Lubaroff will be there from 9/20 - 9/25, along with me, Terri Piñon, flying in from NYC. This will be a reunion of epic proportions between T1 and T2 (will the battle of the 5-foot Terri’s ever happen?!?) and Legion M East vs. Legion M West! The ground might shake, y’all! If you're in the area, DON'T MISS OUT!

This Fest always has a strong line-up of odd, unusual and unique movies from around the world. We're excited to check out some of the interesting films curated this year, and shhh… we just might be looking for leads on our next picture!

As usual, we've prepped ahead of time and would love your insights on some of the films we have targeted as “must see’s.” To that end, we’re hosting a Legion M viewing party for Fantastic Fest trailers this Sunday, 9/17 at 1 p.m. PST at https://www.rabb.it/LegionM. Please join us and become part of the conversation.

***UPDATE 9/17: In case you missed the viewing party for FANTASTIC FEST and still want to watch the trailers and vote, here are the links! Help us decide which films the Legion should consider being a part of to develop into feature films!

To watch a playlist of the films use this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch…
To vote on films please use this link: www.legionm.com/scout   ***

Whether you have time to join the viewing party or not, check out the below list and let us know what you think.  If there’s a film that is not on this list you think we should see, please don't hesitate to let us know ASAP. We want your input and value your insight!

For those of you in the area, don’t worry if you don't have passes to catch us inside! We'll be scheduling a couple of meetups outside the Fest to mingle with as many local members as possible. Let's talk movies. Let's talk Legion M. Jeff is even going to learn to say “y’all" and “fixin’ to” in proper Texas sized sentences!  For example, Jeff will say, “Hey, y’all, I’m fixin’ to eat some bar-b-que tonight!”

On that note, see you in Austin!

Gerald’s Game - Flanagan unites with master of the macabre Stephen King for his cinematic interpretation of King's beloved GERALD'S GAME. Brawl in Cell Block 99 - S. Craig Zahler (BONE TOMAHAWK) returns with his sophomore feature, BRAWL IN CELL BLOCK 99.
