Come up with a new recipe that uses Cheddar Goblin Mac and Cheese and post it to your social media for a chance to win a 12 pack of the gobblin’ good stuff courtesy of Legion M!

Goblin Good Grilled Cheese

Recipe:

1. Prepare Cheddar Goblin Mac & Cheese as instructed on box, except I use children’s tears instead of milk.

2. Cook bacon until crisp (not burnt). Let cool on paper towel, chop up and set aside.

3. Chop green onion and set aside.

4. Make the sauce. 4 TBSP of balsamic reduction, 1-2 TBSP of sriracha, a few drops of Tabasco and some garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.

5. Butter both sides of sourdough bread. Cook one side until golden brown, flip over, add a few slices your favorite cheese (CHEDDAR IS BETTER) to both slices. Cook until back-side is golden brown.

6. Take bread out of pan onto a plate, cheesy side up. Drizzle sauce onto cheesy side of both slices.

7. Scoop out a generous portion of Cheddar Goblin Mac & Cheese and put on one slice of bread.

8. Sprinkle green onion and bacon onto the mac and cheese and squish the other piece of bread down on top.

Caramelized Onion Grilled Mac n’ Cheese

Recipe:

Ingredients!
- Box o’ Cheddar Goblin
- Onion
- Bread
- Butter
- Cheese (I used manchego, because that’s what I had)
- Probably more butter
- I also added a hot pepper. Sometimes I like it when the food fights back.
- I think I threw in some sautéed garlic with the hot pepper too. Garlic is rad.
- Seasonings, as desired

Directions!

1. Caramelize onions.
2. While that’s happening, prepare the Cheddar Goblin according to the instructions on the box. The onions take a while.
3. Add sautéed garlic and hot pepper to onions (OR DON’T)
4. Assemble sandwich with bread, butter, and cheese like you would normally, then add onions and Cheddar Goblin.
5. Place second slice of bread on top, grill until cheese is satisfactorily melty.
6. Cut.
7. Eat.

I used this recipe for the caramelized onions.

Smoked Mac & Cheese

Recipe:

Four cheeses (goblin cheese, Swiss, cheddar, Parmesan) spinach, bacon, and bread crumbs combined and placed on a smoker for two hours in a cast iron skillet.
