The Pizza Hut x Legion M Lounge at Sundance!
That winter chill in the air can only mean one thing… it’s time for Sundance! Next week, Legion M will be back in full swing in Park City, Utah from Friday, January 25 – Sunday, January 27, co-hosting the Pizza Hut x Legion M Lounge during the industry’s most influential and well-known independent film festivals. Did anyone say, “Pass me a slice!”
Sundance is quickly becoming one of our biggest annual events—remember, our instant cult classic project MANDY had a VERY successful Sundance Midnight premiere at the festival last year. We cannot wait to see the Legion out in full force among the slopes of Park City to mix and mingle over a big cup of hot chocolate … or something a little stronger! Legion M is putting together a FANTASTIC schedule of evening programming for the lounge each day beginning at 4:30 p.m. MT. The Pizza Hut x Legion M Lounge is shaping up to be one of the HOTTEST Sundance destinations in Park City. Check out the full schedule below!

4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Calling All SCOUTS: Legion M SCOUT Meeting. Legion M cofounders Paul Scanlan and Jeff Annison will do a check-in with Legion M SCOUT members.
6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. – Women Doing Cool Shit in Hollywood Networking Event presented by REME. Casual networking event tailored toward women who are making moves and even bigger changes in the entertainment industry. Women looking to break into the film industry are encouraged to attend!
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Twitch.tv Prime Time Programming. Legion M streams LIVE from the lounge on the Twitch.tv homepage, featuring interviews, viewer contests and giveaways, and more!

4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Calling All SCOUTS: Legion M SCOUT Meeting. Legion M cofounders Paul Scanlan and Jeff Annison will do a check-in with Legion M SCOUT members.
6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Tech in Hollywood Networking Event presented by Legion M. Industry insiders working in tech are encouraged to attend this networking event to share and learn how technology is driving the film industry in 2019 and beyond.
7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. – Fireside Chat with Leonard and Jessie Maltin. World-renowned film critic and historian Leonard Maltin and his daughter Jessie Maltin will chat about festival happenings in an intimate setting.
8:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – Legion M’s Festival Film Quiz. Test your film knowledge for fun prizes!
10:00 p.m. – Close – Cereal Killer Party. Come relive your youth and eat a bowl of your favorite childhood cereal. Oh, free drinks and pizza will be provided, too!
Sunday, January 27
4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Calling All SCOUTS: Legion M SCOUT Meeting. Legion M cofounders Paul Scanlan and Jeff Annison do a final check-in with Legion M SCOUT members.
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Emerging Filmmakers Party. The hottest networking party for young visionaries on Main Street!
9:00 p.m. – Close – Open Mic Night presented by Legion M. The Legion M Open Mic is open to musicians, singers and performers attending the festival to showcase their talents.

Whether you can make it to Sundance or not, we’re making it easier than ever to become a Legion M Scout! Scout is an important initiative for Legion M because it helps demonstrate how we can use the fact that we are OWNED BY FANS to become a competitive advantage. You can log on, read the descriptions for each film, and evaluate whether or not you'd like to see that movie yourself or whether you think others would like to see it. The Pizza Hut x Legion M Lounge will be one of the hottest destinations during the festival, and while our name is prominently on the door, we’ve partnered with an incredible group of strategic sponsors like Pizza Hut, Getty Images, Constellation Brands, and a very cool on-demand wellness services app named REME to offset much of the event’s cost to the Legion. This gives us the ability to have incredible exposure at a very important industry event while being extremely tight with the company’s marketing budget.
