ABOUT THE FILM
William Shatner: You Can Call Me Bill is produced by Legion M and was entirely financed by fans who own the film in partnership with William Shatner, Legion M, and Exhibit A Pictures. By partnering with the audience (i.e. the ones who pay for the tickets and decide what to watch), Legion M has created an alliance in which everyone is incentivized to see the film succeed.
The film was completed in 2022, and premiered to strong reviews at the SXSW Film Festival in 2023. It’s currently 100% on Rotten Tomatoes.
