Big News: Two Films, One Festival (AND MORE!)
The moment we’ve all been waiting for is on the horizon — Legion M’s much anticipated, The Man in the White Van, is making its world premiere at the prestigious Newport Beach Film Festival in October.
But that's not all.
William Shatner: You Can Call Me Bill, our profound and unique deep-dive into the mind of William Shatner, will also be making a splash there with its West Coast premiere.
That’s right — two incredible films, at one amazing festival!
If you are thinking of attending, start making your plans now. NBFF has just unveiled their full schedule, along with ticket information to buy passes for the screenings.
And speaking of William Shatner: You Can Call Me Bill… the documentary will be making its international premiere across the pond at the BFI London Film Festival in October (grab your tickets here), and will have a "Special Presentation" at the Charlotte Film Festival in late September.
The festival response to our films this year has been overwhelmingly positive. The year started with William Shatner: You Can Call Me Bill capturing hearts at SXSW and racking up a sweet 100% Rotten Tomatoes score. Soon after This is Not Financial Advice stirred conversations at Tribeca. And now Newport Beach Film Festival welcomes not one, but two of our titles. Getting a film into any one of these elite festivals is tougher than getting into Harvard and yet here we are getting all our kids, err films, into the best ones!
As always, your spirit, your support, and every bit of excitement you bring to Legion M – that's our secret sauce. We look forward to continuing to create cinematic history together.
Onward & Upward!
PS: If you have bought a ticket to the premiere of MITWV, please add your name to the waitlist so that as we finalize details on a potential afterparty we can reach out.
