Entrants must be legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the method(s) of entry set forth in these rules. Employees of Legion M Entertainment, Inc. (“Sponsor”) or its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY.
The giveaway begins at 4 p.m. PDT / 7 p.m. EDT on Jan 21, 2020 and all entries must be received by 8 p.m. PDT / 11 p.m. EDT on Jan 22, 2020.
You must be a Legion M member to enter.
To enter, fill out the form on the official entry page (https://legionm.com/reboot-roadshow-slc) with your full legal name and contact information, including your e-mail and a valid phone number. Follow all instructions to complete your entry. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
Two (2) winners will be selected by random drawing from among all valid entries on the night of Jan 22, 2020 following the close of the submission period.
Each winner will receive one (1) ticket to the Jay And Silent Bob Reboot Roadshow With Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith for Thursday, Jan 23, 2020 in Salt Lake City, UT at The State Room. Tickets allow free access to the show, which starts at 7 p.m. (doors open at 6 p.m.) As a promotional item, there is no retail value for the prize(s), which are provided by Legion M Entertainment, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
The winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided on or about Jan 22, 2020. The winner must respond to prize notification within eight (8) hours. If a winner cannot be reached and does not respond to prize notification within eight hours, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Saban, Kevin Smith, Smodco, tour organizers, tour sponsors, Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, and entrant forever releases and agrees to indemnify and hold Saban, Kevin Smith, Smodco, tour organizers, tour sponsors, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Sponsor from any claim for damage, injury, liabilities, costs, and/or expenses whether known or unknown, arising out of or resulting from, or incurred as result of entering Sponsor giveaway.

Neither Saban, Kevin Smith, Smodco, tour organizers, tour sponsors, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, nor Sponsor is responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever.
