NEW PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT: THE BOOK
It's week four of our M-Day project announcements, and this week we are excited to introduce you to "The Book," a graphic novel from Arcana Comics co-created by Erik Hendrix and Michael David Nelsen.
The story tracks a group of young friends backpacking through Italy who come upon a travel guide called “The Book,” which promises unique off-the-beaten-path adventures. However, they get more than they bargained for when The Book leads them into the clutches of a demonic cult.
We believe that "The Book" has immense franchise potential. A thematic mashup of The Da Vinci Code, Hostel, The Ninth Gate, and Final Destination, the storyline leaves plenty of room to explore a world in which different travelers around the globe discover pages that lead them on strange and possibly dangerous adventures.
We’re thrilled to be working with our co-producers on this project, Arcana Comics and David Uslan, and co-creators Erik Hendrix & Michael David Nelsen to bring the world of "The Book" to the screen!
