Good news! We've been working hard to find a way to give people from ALL 50 states the opportunity to invest in Legion M. It's taken some time, but thanks to some help from Wefunder, we've finally succeeded!! 

If you recall, the issue at hand is that state-level securities laws in Texas, Florida, Arizona, and North Dakota conflict with provisions of the JOBS Act for Reg A+. If you are interested, you can read more here, but this issue has prevented us from allowing investors who reside in those states from participating in our second round. Until now...

Our solution has been to open a concurrent Reg CF round that is ONLY available to members of those 4 states. Wefunder has built some nice technology that automatically routes investors to the correct round based on your address. Residents of the 4 states get shares in the Reg CF, and everybody else gets Reg A+.

Note that there is one difference between the two offerings. The shares offered under Reg CF have an SEC mandated one year lock up, which means you can't sell them (except in some very rare circumstances) until the 1 year anniversary of the date you purchased them. Reg A+ shares do not have a lockup at all. Other than that, the shares being offered are identical.
